The Commission shall publicly publish the list of gazetted employees recommended for promotion based on performance evaluation. In such a list, the rank obtained by the employee who received the lowest rank should also be mentioned. After the publication of the promotion list, if any candidate wants to see the rank obtained by him, he should be allowed to see the rank obtained by him on grounds other than performance rank.
